Secret love Cufflinks
Secret love Cufflinks
This is an early design of mine and still one of my favourites. I originally designed the cufflinks as a Valentine’s gift but of course, they would make a most suitable Christmas gift for a loved one! The cufflinks are rectangles of fine silver decorated with Italian love words. On the back of one of the cufflinks is a tiny fine silver heart….. a subtle way of giving one’s heart to the recipient of the gift. The cufflinks posts are made of sterling silver
The cufflinks are packaged in a gift box with a small polishing cloth. If you would like to receive a complimentary gift bag, please add a note when you order.

How to take care of your Jewellery
Each piece of jewellery is special and a few simple steps will ensure that it stays in pristine condition.
Fine Silver is made of 99.9% silver and it is less prone to tarnish. Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver and can tarnish over time but is easily polished to a shiny finish again.
Preventative care
Wear your jewellery!
You can avoid tarnish by wearing your jewellery often. The oils in your skin will “clean” the silver and keep it looking shiny.
Avoid exposure
Contact with household chemicals will cause corrosion and tarnish — so it’s a good idea to remove silver jewellery when doing household chores. Direct sunlight also causes silver to tarnish, so be sure to take off your silver jewellery before you go swimming and sunbathing.
When dressing, add your jewellery as a final touch
Lotions, cosmetics, hair spray and hair products, and perfumes are also “enemies” of silver and will accelerate tarnishing. There’s a reason generations of women have been getting dressed with jewellery last, as a finishing touch!
Storage
As exposure to air tarnishes it, storing silver in the gift box with anti-tarnish strips is a great preventative measure. to minimise tarnish.
Polishing
Simply polishing your silver works well when the tarnishing is not too severe. Each piece of jewellery comes with a small polishing cloth.
